DUTIES OF AN INSURER

An insurer has a lot of work to do, in order to efficiently and effectively enhance the implementation of a project. The work of insurer as it relates to project includes the following:-

  1. An insurer, being familiar with risk management, tries to identify the risks for the client, assesses and mitigates the risks when implementing a project, and makes actionable plan ready, in case something goes wrong.
  2. An insurer helps the client to gather and measure data to improve the client’s product portfolio and to create new product that will cater for a wide range of clients.

iii. An insurer also helps the client to identify problems and/or needs, and scope the extent of any potential project, developing the concept and the business case.

  1. An insurer also helps the client to develop business plan for the project, outlines budgets and benefits as well as resources needed.
